The state has approved Issaquah School District’s request to waive the school day on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. This waiver was requested due to weather-related closures earlier in the school year. As a result, the last day of school for all students will be Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The schedule for June 24 remains the same — elementary schools will attend a full day, and secondary schools will follow a half-day schedule. Students will not attend school on June 25.
Is your family moving this summer? Do you know that your student will not be returning in the fall? Please let the office know so we can prepare your student's file to transfer to their new school, and to ensure that we build balanced class lists for the fall . You can email ctattendance@issaquah.wednet.edu or call 425-837-6509.
Hello from 5th grade outdoor camp -
I’m currently at our outdoor education experience that we do each year with our 5th graders! This is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn, explore, and build lasting memories with their classmates in a hands-on, nature-based setting.
Spring Break Reminder
Spring Break is just around the corner! Our building will be closed after school on Friday. We hope you and your family enjoy a safe, restful and refreshing break. Classes will resume on Monday, April 21st.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We’re looking forward to all the end of year adventures ahead!
Principal Coyle
Our Lost & Found will be donated tomorrow, April 11. Please come in to have a look to find any missing items. The students have had an opportunity to look over the items on April 8 and 9. As a reminder, please add names to jackets and sweaters so that we can return items to the students.

Wednesday is the last official day to register your incoming kindergarten student to attend our district in the fall of 2025. If your child will attend kindergarten with us in the fall, please register by April 30, 2025. It is important for us to have the most accurate count possible for our incoming kindergarten students so we can have the correct number of teachers and staff members ready to welcome the class of 2038!
Your School Board Directors would like to hear from you. Please join us for a School Board Town Hall, from 5:30-7 p.m. on Monday, May 12 in the library at Issaquah Middle School
