Hello Cedar Trails Family ~
Two quick things for this week’s newsletter...
First, a HUGE thank you to our PTSA and everyone that contributed to our AMAZING spread that was created for the Cedar Trails team today. WOW! Just WOW!
Second, today, we practiced a “modified lock down drill” where we also did a “clear the playground drill” as our 3rd and 5th grade students were outside at recess. We are legally required to perform a drill each month, but it’s important we know how to manage all parts of the school day during a possible emergency. The kids and school team did a great job and we will continue to practice our various drills throughout our remaining school days.
They say spring officially started today, but it sure doesn’t feel like it out there! Hopefully we will see some more sunny days soon!
